Pam Walpole
Pam is a multi-award winning Artist recently completing a commission of artworks for the Greenslopes Hospital upgrade. A visual artist from South East Queensland whose works are in public, corporate and private collections. Her expressive brushstrokes portray the reflections – the colour, contrast and varying moods of the landscape in a contemporary style. In 1964, Pam studied Commercial Illustration & Design at Brisbane Central Technical College, (QUT) and worked as a graphic designer. In 1985 she completed a Diploma in Fine Art at the Brisbane Institute of Art. Pam has held solo and group exhibitions in both painting and sculpture and has received numerous prizes in both fields. She has run workshops for various groups in a variety of genre and was President of the Society of Sculptors, Queensland in 1994 & 1995. Pam’s work is represented in public, private and corporate collections throughout Australia and overseas. Her bold, vigorous style represents her impressions of the landscape, extending from coastal shores to inland desert.

Installations:
A beautiful panorama of the Manly Boat Harbour – this triptych was installed in the award winning restaurant “The Fish Café” corner Esplanade and Cambridge Parade, Manly.
